RTO Plus.Net for Windows
announces a new service for web surfers...Real time,
live access to the .Net version of RTO Plus. You

Our file server allows up
to 5 simultaneous Test Drive User connections. So
if you get a message stating that the license limitation
has been reached, simply try again later.

Test Drive RTO Plus.Net in Real Time, LIVE!
We at RTO Plus.Net for
Windows, would like to announce a new service available
to web users...you may now Test Drive the most recent
version of RTO Plus.Net for Windows LIVE on the
internet. With a few key strokes, you will actually log
on to our file server and run RTO Plus! The whole
process is very easy. There are few requirements:

You must have a full
time broadband internet connection (cable, DSL, or
satellite) |

You must be running
Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition or higher |
|
If you are running
Windows 98, you must have Remote Desktop installed
(Downloadable from the
Microsoft web site) |
That's it! Below is the
actual procedure for running the real time version of
RTO Plus.Net for Windows:

Launch Remote
Desktop-Click Programs, Accessories, Communications,
Remote Desktop Connection

On the opening Remote
Desktop screen, click the Options tab to expand the
window
-
Click the Experience
tab
-
Make sure that all
the check boxes are checked except Desktop
Background
-
Click the Local
Resources tab
-
In the Local Devices
frame, all the check boxes except Serial Ports
should be checked
-
Click the General tab
-
In the Computer text
box, type rtoplus.com
-
In the User Name text
box, type testdriveuser and in the Password text
box, type demo
-
Should you have any
questions or problems, you may
contact us at (704) 645-8320. Some of the
features of RTO Plus.Net for Windows are disabled in
the real-time version to insure that our
server is not compromised by hackers or
un-scrupulous persons with malicious intent.
In a few moments, you
will be connected to our application/file server. You
may now perform all of the functions that you would be
able to do if the software were installed at your own
location and also you will simulate how your location
will perform should you decide to utilize the real-time
data access options included with RTO Plus.Net for
Windows. Remember, all internet and networking
functions are already built into RTO Plus.Net for
Windows so there are no extra modules or turn-on codes
that you must purchase from us.
There are a couple of
things that you should keep in mind. First, all
printouts (payment receipts, reports, etc.) will be sent
to our server's printer, not to your local printer.
Without installing printer drivers for each and every
demo user, this is un-avoidable. Second, there is a
limitation as to how many users can log onto our server
at the same time. This is a license limitation with
Microsoft and RTO Plus.Net so should you decide to
utilize the real-time data access features of RTO
Plus.Net for Windows, you will make the decision of how
many license packs you will need. If the user limit is
reached, you will receive notification that our server
has reached its license limit and you will be asked to
re-try again later.
When you have completed
your Test Drive, just click Exit on the RTO Plus.Net for
Windows Menu bar and the Remote Desktop Connection will
be terminated.
